Founded by former leaders from big tech, early-stage venture capital and the creative industry, our team brings 15+ years of experience and over 1,000 hours of facilitation across 7 global markets.

The Team

  • Vinay is a poet, facilitator, and creative director working at the intersection of storytelling, experience design and transformation. He shaped BACKED VC into one of Europe’s most distinctive early-stage venture capital brands, leading its events and community strategy across five years. He’s developed campaigns for Guinness, BBC, and ASICS, and performed his spoken word poetry on stages including Harvest, Future Horizon, Per Anhalter, and the House of Beautiful Business. Vinay is the founder of Courage X.

  • Sabina is a mental health educator, facilitator and practitioner who has led hundreds of transformative workshops, programs and integration journeys. Blending therapeutic practices such as Somatic Experiencing®️, phenomenology and design thinking, she offers an integrative approach to well-being rooted in neuroscience, body intelligence and philosophy.

    Sabina is the co-founder of cor:age, a global community uniting visionaries from McKinsey, Google, MIT, UN, and the Gates Foundation to catalyze courageous change. She also works as a Tech Ethicist, developing key content and product policies to humanize evolving artificial intelligence.

  • Julian is a courageous leadership expert and keynote speaker who draws on 20 years of corporate experience—including a decade at Google—to help leaders turn risk and uncertainty into bold, strategic action. A co-founder of cor:age, Julian brings together changemakers from McKinsey, Google, MIT, UN, and the Gates Foundation to catalyze courageous change.
